Bybit will start charging a 1% TDS on some crypto transactions from 1 December 2025, following India’s tax rules.
* Crypto-to-crypto trades like BTC to ETH will have 1% TDS.
* Selling crypto for fiat will also have 1% TDS.
* Buying crypto with INR will not have TDS.
* TDS will apply on Spot Trading and only the Sell option in One-Click Buy/Sell.
